A commissioned series moves through dozens of hand-offs between kickoff and final delivery. Briefs, schedules, shot approvals, revision rounds, specialist contractors, technical delivery. Each one is small. Together they are a full-time operation.
AXIS runs that operation. We hold the coordination role across every supplier on the production and report a single status back to you.

PRODUCTION DRIFT
What does an unmanaged production cost you?
A production that slips does not announce itself. It arrives as a missed milestone, then a second revision round, then an episode that cannot be released on the date it was scheduled for.
By the time the delay is visible to the platform, the options have narrowed. The remaining choices are a late release, a rushed acceptance at lower quality, or a remake paid for twice.
The cost is rarely the production budget alone. It is the slot, the internal hours spent recovering the schedule, and the credibility of the next commission.
HOW WE WORK
One status. Not one hundred messages.
AXIS translates your commission into a production brief, a schedule and a set of milestones with defined acceptance points. Every supplier on the series works to the same structure.
We run the daily communication. Notes are consolidated before they reach a producer, and revisions are tracked to completion rather than left open.
When a production slips, we escalate against the milestone, protect unreleased payments and prepare reallocation before the deadline is lost. Recovery starts before the client has to ask.
The platform does not need to know there were four rejected shot sets and two delayed episodes. The platform needs to know one thing: on schedule, at risk, awaiting approval, or delivered.
Can we still approve everything ourselves?
Yes, but you do not have to. You set the standards once and we enforce them across every supplier. Approve every episode if you want to, or only what you choose to see. Either way, nothing is delivered that has not already passed our review against your rules.
Can AXIS manage the producers we already work with?
Yes. You do not have to replace them. We bring your existing production partners into our management structure and operate them alongside our network under the same standards, schedules and reporting. We do not change who produces your series. We remove the burden of managing them.
Why shouldn’t we manage AI production internally?
You can. Your team then owns producer sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, briefing, scheduling, QC, feedback, revisions, disputes, replacement, invoices and delivery. For a platform with stable volume and mature AI-production expertise, that can be the right answer. If you would rather commission content without operating the supplier network underneath it, that is what AXIS is for.
What happens when a producer misses a deadline?
We escalate against the agreed milestone, hold unreleased payments, set a recovery deadline and prepare reallocation in parallel. If the supplier cannot recover, we move the work. You are told when the risk appears, not when the date is already gone.
