What does the wrong producer cost you?
A weak supplier is rarely obvious at the point of signature. It becomes obvious at first delivery, by which time the schedule is committed and the budget is partly spent.
The visible cost is additional revision rounds. The larger cost is a series that is accepted below standard because replacing the producer mid-production would cost more than shipping it.
Rate alone does not identify the risk. A low cost per minute that produces three revision cycles is more expensive than a higher rate accepted first pass.

We assess production companies on delivered work, not on presentation. Portfolio review, capacity verification, quality assessment against our criteria and reference checks on previous delivery.
Commercial terms are negotiated with milestone payments and acceptance gates, so budget is released against accepted work rather than against elapsed time.
Matching is by genre, visual style, quality tier, capacity and rate. A supplier strong in one format is not automatically the right choice for another.
Performance is tracked after onboarding. On-time delivery, first-pass acceptance and revision volume inform how the next commission is allocated.
Can we still approve everything ourselves?
Yes. You retain commissioning decisions, creative direction and final approval on every episode. AXIS enforces your standards and brings you the decisions that genuinely need you — not the daily traffic.
Can AXIS manage the producers we already work with?
Yes. You do not have to replace them. We bring your existing production partners into our management structure and operate them alongside our network under the same standards, schedules and reporting. We do not change who produces your series. We remove the burden of managing them.
Why shouldn’t we manage AI production internally?
You can. Your team then owns producer sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, briefing, scheduling, QC, feedback, revisions, disputes, replacement, invoices and delivery. For a platform with stable volume and mature AI-production expertise, that can be the right answer. If you would rather commission content without operating the supplier network underneath it, that is what AXIS is for.
Do you hide which producers work on our series?
No. Supplier identity is not the product. AXIS creates value through procurement, standards, quality control and operational accountability — not by keeping you away from the people making your content.
