About the Role
Axis AI Studios is an AI-native vertical drama production company. We produce 9:16 short-form serialized drama using AI-native workflows from script to delivery.
We are looking for a driven editor who lives and breathes vertical micro drama. Someone who understands the format from the inside, knows what makes a viewer stay, and can bring that instinct to both episodic editing and Meta ad creatives.

What You Will Do
Edit episodic 9:16 AI-produced drama
Cut Meta ad creatives from drama scenes, including highlight montages, single hook ads, story cuts, and text-driven hooks
Build tension fast, engineer cliffhangers, and keep viewers watching episode after episode
Create multiple creative variations for testing
Work at pace on episodic batches with reliable turnaround
What We Look For
Experience editing vertical drama, micro-drama, scripted drama, or story-driven content
Strong understanding of drama pacing, hooks, and retention-driven editing
Meta Ads creative experience is a plus
Driven, fast communicator, strong attention to detail
Rate
We offer both short term project rates and long term positions. Rate structures are discussed per project depending on scope and commitment level.
